The Soilverse Ltd, a business registered in (add the place), and its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to collectively as "Soilverse," "us," or "we," and you, "you," or "you are," agree to be governed by the terms and conditions set out in these Soilverse Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). Soilverse developed and owns the decentralized, community-driven platform known as The Soilverse ("The Soilverse"). The following terms apply to the Soilverse, all features, content, and services created therein, as well as any assets and/or games (as defined below) you create using any of the tools made accessible to you (collectively, the "Services").
Users must be at least 18 years old to use and access The Soilverse. You affirm and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a legally binding contract with Soilverse and that you meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements by accessing or using The Soilverse. You cannot access or utilize The Soilverse if you don't follow these guidelines.
The Soilverse's boundaries are up for debate. You can modify your land's title, description, URL link, preview image, and logo. There must not be any explicit references to, the inclusion of, or support of any false, offensive, harassing, racist, or illegal information (including any URL, photos, or logos to which it refers or which are submitted). Any Information that breaches these Conditions may be amended or removed by us.
"User Content" refers to all data or materials that users submit to the website or use therein (such as data in user profiles or postings). You alone are responsible for your private User Content. Any dependencies that third parties may have on the accuracy, completeness, or utility of your User Content, as well as any disclosures of your User Content that may be used to specifically identify you or any other third party, are risks that you are responsible for while using it. You represent and warrant that your User Content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy by submitting this form. Your recommendations will be treated by the company as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. You consent to keep any information or concepts that you deem to be confidential or proprietary from the company.
You consent to protect and hold Soilverse, its officers, directors, and employees safe from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, losses, or damages originating from any of the following: a breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant herein; (ii) any presentation, distribution, or exploitation of your assets and/or games or any rights therein; and (iii) any negligence, fault, or default on your part or that of your employees or authorized agents. (b) You are responsible for adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations when developing any assets or games under these Terms and/or in your capacity as an author. (c) You agree to inform Soilverse in writing right away of any dispute or legal action affecting these Terms, your Assets, your Games, or your obligations under them. (d) These Terms and/or your relationship with Soilverse may terminate or expire, but the representations, warranties, and indemnifications you make herein will still be valid.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you might have as a result of using the services. The deletion of particular obligations or the restriction of obligations as stated in this section may not be permitted by some countries, states, provinces, or other jurisdictions, therefore the following terms may not entirely apply to you. The aforementioned exclusions and limits, however, only apply in such areas to the degree permitted by applicable law. THE SERVICES, AS WELL AS ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES, ARE PROVIDED BY Soilverse ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Soilverse MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) LISTED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES. You are conscious of the dangers connected to using the services. Soilverse DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Soilverse MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE LACK OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN THE SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Soilverse has the right to modify or discontinue offering all or a portion of the Services at any time and without prior notice. All of your assets and games, however, will continue to be your exclusive property as long as these Terms are abided by. Any request for admission to The Soilverse is subject to Soilverse's sole discretion. Moreover, Soilverse reserves the right to withdraw your authorization to create, upload, and/or use Assets and Games, as well as to stop or otherwise prohibit your usage of any Services or features covered by these Terms.
You can visit other third-party websites or services that we do not oversee or control using links and other features included in the Services (referred to as "Third-Party Services"). The terms of service for these Third-Party Services are currently in force. We are not responsible for the content of any linked websites and have no control over Third-Party Services. A connection does not mean that Soilverse endorses, sponsors, or collaborates in any other manner with Third-Party Services. While using any Third-Party Services or conducting business with any Third Parties who can be contacted through the Services, exercise caution at all times.
Soilverse has the right to change these Terms at any time by posting a notice on this website. Everyone who uses the Services after the update is put into effect acknowledges that the Terms have changed. If Users do not agree to the updated Terms, they must discontinue using the Services.
